USE OF DATA
1. QUERO may collect personal data from Visitors and/or Users whenever they interact with QUERO, whether by accessing its platforms, applications or by requesting authorization to access their data from external websites (such as Facebook).

3. Why does QUERO collect browsing data?

5.3 Intermediation of services for partner Educational Institutions: a) certificate of completion of high school or higher education, b) ENEM report, c) photo of identity document, d) military enlistment certificate, e) proof of voting, f) selfie with document, g) proof of residence of the User or legal guardian, among others.
6. Personal information obtained through the use of our products and services:
a) Comments, reviews and evaluations made by Users, b) customer service history (i.e., when the User speaks to our employees by phone, email or otherwise, c) history of pre-registrations that converted into registrations at partner Educational Institutions, d) participation in contests and promotions.
7. Why does QUERO request data from Users at the time of registration and collect data through the use of its products and services?
a) to enable the delivery of products and services purchased by the User, as well as to coordinate with QUERO's partners the delivery or provision of these services.
b) to facilitate the exchange or refund of pre-registrations, in accordance with the rules established by the CDC (Consumer Protection Code) and these Terms of Use
c) to optimize the interaction between the User and QUERO.
d) to prevent and resolve technical or security problems.
e) to carry out marketing communications, by sending material, newsletters, among others, about promotions, events or other subjects that the User may be interested in.
